The U.S. Small Business Administration announces today that federal economic injury disaster loans are available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most private, non-profit organizations of all sizes located in Clinton, Essex, Rensselaer and Washington counties in the State of New York as a result of excessive rain, flooding, flash flooding, high winds, hail and tornadoes that occurred June 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008. ... Eligible small businesses and non-profit organizations may qualify for loans up to $2 million.
