To supplement, here is the Press Release for the Stimulus Funding for Broadway:

City of Rensselaer (Rensselaer County) – Broadway Infrastructure Improvements. The City of Rensselaer will use $627,224 to replace sewer lines along Broadway.

I think that is less than 10% of the expected cost of the entire Broadway project, but every little bit helps. Here is an old post from last year's public forum: Broadway Meeting.
