Greenbush Records Revealed

Troy Record: Old books reveal town history

On April 5, 1796, it was crunch time for the government of the town of Greenbush.
Greenbush was comprised of what are now the city of Rensselaer, North and East Greenbush, and a small part of Sand Lake.
The documents provide interesting tidbits about which issues were of public importance more than two centuries ago.
