Rensselaer County Farmers market

Thursdays, 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Little League Park on Williams Road in North Greenbush

Rensselaer County has partnered with the Town of North Greenbush and local farmers to bring you some of the finest and freshest produce this season. This season returning farmers include Ken and Kris Johnson from the Farm at Kristy’s Barn, Herb and Elizabeth Krug from Krug’s Brookside Farm, Chris Webb from Gold Krest Farms, Joann Tarbox from Tarbox Farms Earth’s Bounty and Julie Swartz from Swartz Dairy and Produce. The market will also feature wines from Cascade Mountain Winery, goat cheese from Four Brothers’ Dairy and stromboli and tomato pie from DeFazio’s. The market will open with delicious fresh asparagus, leaf lettuces, green house tomatoes, rhubarb, radishes, scallions and strawberries as well as a wide array of hanging baskets, bedding plants and potted plants. We invite you to stop by the market, chat with the farmers and other vendors and pick up some farm fresh produce, a bottle of wine and delicious goat cheese.

The Rensselaer County Farmers’ Market is celebrating Family Fun Day on June 25th. The event will feature Rowdy the Clown, strawberry sundaes, kids’ activities and child safety with the North Greenbush Police Department.
